For nearly 30 years, Jamison has worked at the intersection of leadership, culture, and performance. He’s best known as the founder of Relentless Dealer Services (RDS), a company that partners with RV and marine dealerships across the country to elevate profitability, develop talent, and drive sustainable growth. Under his leadership, RDS expanded rapidly and was acquired by a Canadian private equity firm in 2023.

Jamison is a speaker and author, known for his wit, insight, and storytelling. His latest book, Building a Championship Team, is a guidebook to finding, recruiting, and developing top performers.

 

Beyond business, Jamison and his wife, Kathy, live on a property in Central Indiana called Sycamore Shores, which is home to a 15-acre lake, a growing herd of cattle, and a whole lot of stories. Whether he’s writing, speaking, or mentoring others, Jamison brings humor, heart, and a relentless drive to help people grow.
